What you get

01

Office moves

Network, workstations and telephony ready at the new location — Monday morning, everything just works.

02

Migrations & refreshes

From aging servers to modern infrastructure, without interrupting your business.

03

Network rollout

Cabling, Wi-Fi and security for new buildings or renovations — designed for growth.

04

Tight project management

One point of contact, a clear timeline, weekly updates. When we say delivered, it's actually done.

In brief

How a project runs, and where it usually goes wrong

A project is almost never only technology. A move hangs on the date the lease starts, a server replacement on hardware lead times, and a migration on whether everyone can reach their files again on Monday. The risk is rarely in the installing. It is in the things nobody wrote down: that one printer, the accounting package, the coffee machine that turns out to be on the network.

That is why every project starts with taking stock and only then with planning. What is there, what comes along, what can go, who notices what. After that there is a schedule with the order of steps, the moments we need something from you, and a fallback for the case where a step fails. Where we can, we test on a small part first, so the big evening isn't a premiere.

During execution you have one point of contact and you know where things stand, including when something goes against us. You hear that from us before you notice it yourself. Work that disturbs your colleagues happens outside office hours where possible. And after handover we stay close to the environment for a while, because the first working day always produces a list of small things. Delivered means delivered once that list is empty.

Sound familiar?

Four situations we run into often at companies that approach us.

  • 01The lease on the new building starts in three months and nobody has looked yet at what needs to happen with cabling and network.
  • 02Your server is fully depreciated, still running, and every month you wait feels riskier than the month before.
  • 03There is someone internally who would take the project on as well, but their own work carries on in the meantime.
  • 04An earlier migration overran and cost an extra weekend. You'd rather not go through that feeling again.

In practice

Every device managed and compliant

Laptops and phones are deployed centrally, encrypted and checked. A new employee is fully up and running within one day.

Recreated view of a management console. Customer data never appears in examples.

What you get

Included

  • Taking stock beforehand: what is there, what has to come along and what quietly hangs off it
  • A plan with the order of steps, a schedule, responsibilities and a fallback for each risky step
  • Execution by our own engineers, outside office hours where that disturbs the work less
  • One point of contact and regular progress updates, including when something goes against us
  • Handover with documentation and aftercare in the first working days, until the loose ends are gone

Not included

  • Hardware, licences and subscriptions. We advise and order them if you want, but they sit separately on the project budget.
  • Construction work: wall penetrations, ceilings, power circuits and furniture. We coordinate with your contractor, but we don't lay bricks.
  • Work that only surfaces during execution and wasn't in the inventory. It happens, and we discuss it before it gets done — not afterwards on the invoice.

Better clear up front than a discussion afterwards. Not sure whether something falls within your agreement? Just ask.
